- The SUAS Program Office seeks to acquire the best value through a full and open competition using a tradeoff process for a Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee Contract for the following training requirements for FYs 11 - 15: FY 11 Base CLINs: Army SUAS Operator and Conversion Training, USMC SUAS Sustainment Training and Data Items in accordance with (IAW) CDRLs A001 - A016 and B001. FY 11 Priced Option CLINs: USMC SUAS Sustainment Training; Army SUAS CONUS Training - additional classes; Army SUAS OCONUS (OIF/OEF) Training; and Army Courseware. FYs 12 - 15 Priced Option CLINs: Army SUAS Operator and Conversion Training; USMC SUAS Sustainment Training; Data Items IAW CDRLs A001 - A016 and B001; Army SUAS CONUS Training - additional classes; Army SUAS OCONUS (OIF/OEF) Training; and Army Courseware. FYs 11 - 15 Priced Option CLINs for SUAS CONUS and SUAS OCONUS (OIF/OEF) Training for Foreign Military Sales and Other Government Agencies.
