- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY.The Puget Sound Healthcare System intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on FBO. The NAICS code assigned to this contract is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The business standard is $33.5M. DESCRIPTION: The VA Puget Sound Healthcare System, Seattle VA Medical Center Campus Tacoma, WA has a requirement to lease two each Temporary Animal Research Trailers to house research mice; each trailer will be 12'Wx56'L in footprint. The trailers will be leased for approximately 18 months. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supplies, equipment, materials and supervision to perform the functions defined in the statement of work. The contractor shall deliver/setup trailers and HVAC system components. The placement of the trailers will be in a sloped area; therefore, the contractor shall construct framing system to insure trailers are level. The contractor shall provide Structural Professional Engineer stamped plans detailing trailer foundation requirements and mounting to that foundation frame. Design shall be based on VA Structural Handbook H-18-8 "Seismic Design Requirements".
