- THIS IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT THAT MAXWELL AIR FORCE BASE LOCATED IN MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA PLANS TO HAVE A PME (PROFESSIONAL MILITARY EDUCATION) LEARNING TECHNOLOGY CONFERENCE. THIS CONFERENCE IS OPENED TO ALL INTERESTED VENDORS THAT WOULD LIKE TO SHOWCASE/DEMONSTRATE EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES IN COLLABORATION THROUGH VIDEO TELECONFERENCING (VTC). The purpose of this conference is for vendors to showcase emerging VTC (video teleconference) collaboration technology to education and information technology leaders in Air Force and sister-service PME schools to better enable them to deploy PME through distance learning. Date of Conference: 25 - 26 March 2010 Time: 0800 - 1700 Place: Maxwell Air Force Base, Bldg 803 - Holm Center, Montgomery, AL 36112 (place is subject to change) The Government will not reimburse interested vendors for any costs associated with attending this conference.
