- J & A Universal Static Balance Fixture Universal Static Balance Fixture UPDGRADE Part No. AV-500-2007(ADC16) including crating, shipping, setup and training. Although the original USBF has an NSN 4920-01-516-5091, the UPGRADE does not. This item is not managed by the U.S. Army and does not have catalog information. Thus, this item cannot be ordered through the LOGMIS system. This UPGRADE electronics system from ADC16 system to SYSTEM 2007-USBF/VMB electronics subsystem configured for Windows operation. (to include a USBF/VMB computer (DMM installed), thermal printer, new calibrated load cells 32GB internal drive, cables, touch screen monitor, and Windows-based software).
