- The 36th Contracting Squadron at Andersen AFB, Guam intends to make a sole-source award to Logis-Tech, Inc., 9450 Innovation Dr. Ste 1, Manassas VA 20110, under Phase III of the Small Business Innovation Research program. The acquisition will provide services for the Controlled Humidity Program (CHP) Initiative to include delivery and installation of twelve (12) mobile dehumidification units and one (1) monitoring/control system This notice will not result in an issuance of a solicitation and is not an invitation or request for proposals.
