- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Retreat in Jacksonville, FL 2-11 July 2010. 9 Rooms for early arrival staff. 150 rooms needed for all participants Minimum of AAA 4 Diamond quality hotel. Conference Times 1600 Friday - 1200 Sunday.
