- Specification Sheet This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The National American Industry Classification Code is 334111 with a Business Size Standard of 1000 employees. This solicitation is issued as a total small business set aside. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a requirement for a one time, firm-fixed price purchase of the following specific make and model items: (400) Dell OptiPlex 780 Desktop Base P/N 224-6849, up to 88 percent efficient PSU; Core 2 Duo E8600 with VT/3.33Ghz, 6M, 1333 FSB; 4GB Memory, Non-ECC, 1066MHz DDR3, 2x2GB; 256MB ATI Radeon HD3470 Graphics with 250GB SATA 3.0 Gb/s and 8MB Data Burst Cache; and (400) 6x Internal Blu-Ray Disk Rewriter, P/N A1570997. Detailed specifications are listed in the attachment. The purchasing activity is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the quotation and reasonably available to the purchasing activity. All compliant quotes received by the due date will be considered by the government. All quotes must identify FOB Point, Shipping charges, if any, and delivery time period. Delivery will be to FBI Academy, Quantico, VA 22135. All quotes shall be submitted to FBI Academy, Quantico Contracts Unit, ERF, Building 27958A, Quantico, VA 22135, Attn: Gary Hopkins, no later than 1:00 PM, EST, 23 March 2010. Quotes will also be accepted by fax (703)632-6105 or email to gwhopkins@fbiacademy.edu. Quotes must clearly be marked with RFQ E009802. Bidders are hereby notified that if your quote is not received by the date/time and location specified in this announcement, it will not be considered. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with their offer. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provisions of 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, are applicable. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Addendum to 52.212-1 Modify: (b) Submission from offer(s) is to read as follows: Submit signed and dated offer(s) to the attention of Mr. Gary W. Addendum to 52.212-2 (a) Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors. Past Performance will be based on telephonic performance evaluations received from previous contracts provided in the quote.
