- TAS::96 3113::TAS NOTE: THIS IS A MODIFICATION TO AN EXISTING CONTRACT. The work under this contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor and materials for the construction of 74 relief wells to include drilling, installation and testing of relief wells and related equipment.
