- Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Directorate of Contracting, Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington is soliciting proposals for a contractor to provide a full range of office relocation services at Fort Lewis, WA. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials, required for the preparation and move of Government-owned office furniture and office equipment as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A complete performance work statement will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation will result in the award to a single contractor of a firm-fixed-price requirements contract with labor hours. The anticipated period of performance is 01 September 2010 through 31 August 2013. This procurement is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is W911S8-10-R-0020. The applicable NAICS code is 484210, Used Household and Office Goods Moving, and the small business size standard is $ 25.5 million. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the Fed Biz Opps website, http://www.fbo.gov/. The solicitation will also be posted on the JBLM Directorate of Contracting website, http://www.lewis.army.mil/doc, under Solicitations. The tentative solicitation issue date is 25 May 2010 and the anticipated closing date is 15 June 2010. Interested offerors are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. Offers from all capable and responsible sources will be considered.
