- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation number N68836-10-R-0025 applies and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This announcement constitutes the only request for the required material under an RFP. See attached document for details of this requirement. NOTE: This is a no cost contract. There is no cost to the government. The Civilian Enterprise (CE) Publishers sell advertising to cover the costs and secure earnings. The right to circulate the advertising in these publications to the DOD readership constitutes contractual consideration to pay for these DOD publications.
