- Delineated Market Area Map for Oak Ridge, TN The United States Government seeks to lease professional office space in the general vicinity of Oak Ridge, TN and the surrounding area. The office space must be contiguous (not separated by public corridors). On site parking shall be available at a ratio of 1 space for every 250 rentable square feet of demised area. The space offered must consist of approximately 1,610 rentable square feet, and the space should yield 1,400 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for ten years, (10) years, five (5) years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 7, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The proposed space must be located within the city limits of Oak Ridge, TN or the delineated area described below: North: Hardin Valley Road / Bell Camp Pike East: Amherst Road/ Morrell Road South: Northshore Drive SW West: N. Campbell Station Road/ Concord Road All expressions of interest submitted by Brokers/Agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the property’s ownership.
