- NAICS Code: 443120 NAICS Code: 433120 NOTICE OF INTENT SYNOPSIS: The United States Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Administration and Resources Management (OARM), Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) intends to award a sole source purchase order under FAR Part 12,Acquisition of Commercial Items to Microsoft Corporation pursuant to FAR 6.301-1 under NAICS Code 433120. Microsoft will provide their Microsoft Premier Servicces for a period of one (1) year including support from a dedicated Technical Manager, Field Engineer. As Microsoft Corporation is a unique provider of this service subscription, it is in the Government'sbest interest to enter into a sole source to obtain the services and products from Microsoft Corporation. The Purchase Order is to be administered from the date of award for one year. The sole source procurement under the authority of Title 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1. Only one responible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy requirements. All responsible sources that feel that they should be considered qualified to provide the product ma submit a response to this notice within 10 days of synopsis publication to Dianne Lyles at lyles.dianne@epa.gov. Information shall include enough detailed documentation to all the government to perform a proper evaluation. A determination not to compete this requirement is bsed upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTE/PROPOSALS.
