- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Computer Packages Inc., on other than full and open competitive basis a contract for one each CPI Management System Upgrade. (Microsoft IE required). Sole source is based on services being compatible to Computer Packages Inc. At minimum, the IP management system provides patent, trademark and general matters docketing and reporting. The system has the capability to manage the full range of Intellectual Property Law practice, including patents, trademarks, general IP matters, provides daily updated dockets for attorneys automatically, provides automatic data back up daily, provides off site hosting of all data, and provides automated annuity payment ability for a per transaction fee. Vendors who feel that they can provide the above services shall fully indentify their interest and submit their capabilities to meet the above services within 15 days or without the required after the publication date of the synopsis. Responses received after 15 days or without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the synopsis and not be considered. Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration database.
