- PWS (Belks-Osigian) Combined Synopsis Solicitation Dedicated Network Connectivity This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This acquisition is a Full and Open Acquisition. The applicable NAICS code is 517210. The contractor's proposal must include all items listed for each CLIN and period of performance. This acquisition is being solicited as FOB Destination. Line Item Number Description: Basic Period CLIN 0001: Quantity: 1; Unit of Issue: LO; Description: Wireless Network Connectivity (100Mbps) between the Belks Building at 233 North Houston Road, Warner Robins, GA and the Consolidated Help Desk (CHD) located at 120 Osigian Blvd, Centerville GA in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1). Period of Performance: 1 Year Option Period 1 (The 12 Month Period Immediately Following the Basic Period) CLIN 1001: Quantity: 1; Unit of Issue: LO; Description: Wireless Network Connectivity (100Mbps) between the Belks Building at 233 North Houston Road, Warner Robins, GA and the Consolidated Help Desk (CHD) located at 120 Osigian Blvd, Centerville GA in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1).
