- Forest Road 61 Flood Damage Repairs Project Description: Furnish all labor, materials, transportation and incidentals to place and repair damage to roadways and culverts in accordance with plans, specifications, terms and conditions of solicitation. Project Location: Located in the Town of Rochester, Windsor County Vermont. Located at two locations on Forest Road 61 (Smith Brook Road) at mile posts 0.70 to 0.90 and from 1.23 to 1.67. Go northwest onto West Hill Road from VT 73. Go west on Smith Brook Road, FR 61. This project is being advertised under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Magnitude of Project: $25,000 to $100,000. The solicitation along with plans and specifications will be posted on or about March 19, 2010.
