- The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for two Liebert Model #VS028ADA0EEI927A- 460 Volts; 3 Phase Liebert DS Precision Cooling System: Nominal 028KW (8 Ton) Air Cooled Upflow System and two Liebert Manufactured Outdoor Variable Frequency Drive Condenser; deigned for 95 F outdoor ambient; Model # TCDV205-A. Items must be Brand Name or Equal. (Microsoft IE required). Additional specifications and opening and closing dates will appear in the RFQ. See notes(s) 1. Copies of issued solicitations can only be obtained by downloading them to from the Supply and Information Services Division website http://supply.nrl.navy.mil. This requirement will be available for downloading the 16 th day after the publication of the synopsis. Prior to this date you will not be able to access this solicitation. Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration database.
