- Recovery - This notice is provided for informational purposes only. Please do not respond to this notice. The project will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 2009. This opportunity (Solicitation# 40181RR039) is available only as a sole-source award under the 8(a) Business Development Program to the following contractor: Fire & Security, Inc., Atlanta, GA. The estimate award date is March 30, 2010. The NAICS Code is 236220, and the size standard is $33.5 Million. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This project will consist of the contractor to provide all material, labor, equipment and services to replace/repair roof, roof decking, fascia, insulation, windows, doors siding, flooring, sheetrock, electrical, plumbing, lighting, HVAC systems, water heater, and interior and exterior painting to the office building at the Piedmont National Wildlife Refuge, located at 718 Juliette Road, Hillsboro, GA 31038.
