- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic intends toissue solicitation N65236-10-R-0042 as a sole source contract to DRS CodemSystems Inc., 7 Executve Park Dr., Merrimack, NH 03054-4058. This procurementis the continuation of the Phase I portion of the proof of concept development.The procurement covers the actions required to test and deliver the systemdefined in the Critical Design Document created in the design-only phase. DRSCodem Systems Inc. holds proprietary rights for the CDF-9200-V1 and theAAM-1/V1. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. The FSC Code is 5865. TheNAICS Code is 541511 with a size standard of $25M. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.Interested parties may inquire about the process to have their products testedand evaluated for future procurements by submitting their comments in writingto Joseph Whiteley, Code 2258JW, Contract Specialist, atjoseph.whiteley@navy.mil no later than 12:00 (EST) on 12 March, 2010.
