- DTRA intends to extend Contract HDTRA1-08-F-0004 to Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), 6101 Stevenson Avenue, Alexandria, VA 22304, for events coordinator support services for a period of 3-months from April 1, 2010 to June 30, 2010 with an increase to the contract in the estimated amount of $51,559.00 This extension is intended to provide a bridge for events coordinator support services until this requirement is in sourced, therefore it does not make since to add this requirement to the follow on Agency wide IDIQ. In an effort to sustain support until this requirement is in sourced, the additional 3-months are needed to ensure the Director's Staff Group (DIR-COS-DSG) receives continuous support. The additional time and subsequent ceiling increase is requested in order to allow for the continuation of DTRA's mission needs. All questions regarding this notice should be forwarded in writing to Ernest Caldwell Jr at ernest.caldwell@dtra.mil. This action will be executed in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. In sourcing of this requirement is in progress based on the current contract expiration date. Responses to this notice of intent to increase the current contract ceiling may be submitted within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this action at this time based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice must be received by close of business, March 18, 2010. Responses must include your business name, point of contact, address, and telephone number with area code.
