- Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12, 13 and 15. Solicitation is unrestricted. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 485510 and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must provide registration information to the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
