- TO PROCURE: Organizational Membership for Acoustical Society of America NAICS Code: 813410, Size Standard: $7,000,000. This is a Sole Source procurement being published for informational purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. This proposed contract action is for procurement of an item for which the Governement intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). The proposed source is Acoustical Society of America, Inc. Melville, NY 11747-4503. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, however, all quotations/responses received by stated response time of this issuance will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the Government's discretion. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
