- TANKVOY FROM CROCKETT TO SAN DIEGO RFP One clean, approved U.S. or foreign flag, double hull tanker/ITB/ATB OR TUG/BARGE Jones Act compliant with IGS and SBT as applicable by USCG for tug/barges that is capable of carrying 150,000 bbls JP5 clean petroleum product in cargo tanks with double valve isolation.
