- Performance Work Statement The draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for F-16 Aircraft maintenance Training has been attached. Interested offerors are invited to provide comments and questions in reference to this draft PWS in writing to Dawn Melchione ( dawn.melchione@randolph.af.mil ). Please submit comments and questions to Ms. Melchione NO LATER THAN 1 APR 2010. All comments/questions will be considered in preparation of an official solicitation and responses will be posted. Please be sure to mark any proprietary information as such. Additionally, based on any comments, a pre-proposal conference may be scheduled in the future. PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME.
