- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation# 10-T-0034 This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote a 100% small business set-aside. Bluegrass Army Depot, Richmond, KY is requesting quote on the following items: 1.300 rolls bubble wrap, 24 x 750, perforated every 12, ULINE part no: S-3928P or equal. 2.400 rolls bubble wrap, 24 x 250, perforated every 12, ULINE part no: S-308P or equal. 3.400 rolls foam roll, 48 x 550 x 1/8, ULINE part no: S-1983 or equal. 4.400 rolls corrugated wrap, 72 x 250, ULINE part no: S-1478 or equal. This is a name brand or equal request. All vendors proposing equal items shall provide with their quote, adequate description and specifications of the items tin order for their quote to be evaluated. This will be a firm fixed price contract. This requirement will be solicited and evaluated under FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The following provisions and clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.204-7 FAR 52.212-1 FAR 52.212-2 FAR 52.212-3 FAR 52.212-4 FAR 52.212-5 FAR 252.211-7003 Contract award will be made to the responsive offeror whose offer has met the specifications and is the lowest price. This is an all or none requirement and will be awarded on one contract. All quotes shall include the following minimum information: CAGE Code, DUNS number, taxpayer ID, payment terms and/or discount terms, offerors reps and certs, point of contact, and proposed delivery schedule. Quotes may be Submitted via FedBizOpp, e-mailed, or faxed no later than 8 AM Monday, 15 March, 2010. Expected award date is 15 March, 2010.
