- The NAICS for this procurement is 541330. Naval Surface WarfareCenter, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD), Port Hueneme, California intendsto issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Order under Basic Ordering AgreementNumber N00024-07-G-5438 on a sole source basis to BAE Systems, Land andArmaments LP, Armament Systems Division, 163 Rochester Drive, Louisville,Kentucky 40214-2683. The Contractor shall provide the material and servicesrequired to conduct a 76mm MK 45 MOD 0 and 1 Gun Mount Intermediate LevelTraining Course for Fleet Representatives. The period of performance is atotal of four (4) weeks from receipt of order. BAE is the sole designer,developer and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the MK45 Gun Systems. These systems are highly complex, and BAE is the only known company withthe requisite technical qualifications, and facilities who can perform thework within the required timeframe.
