- Description
- The Contracting Department, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC),Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a sole source Firm Fixed Pricecontract and will utilize procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Programfor Certain Commercial Items with Mutual Telecom Services, Inc. Thecontract is for the procurement, installation, integrating and testing of aCallware Technologies, Inc., Callegra.UC, Version 6.14 (JITC) Call ManagerVoicemail System. The Callware Callegra.UC, Version 6.14 is the voicemailsystem tested and approved for Department of Defense (DOD) voice networksystems. As the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), CallwareTechnologies, Inc. has designated Mutual Telecom Services (MTS), Inc. as the only source to provide the required equipment and service asspecified. The procurement is for the Naval Computer TelecommunicationStation (NCTS), Bahrain. A complete RFQ package will be available on orabout 25 March 2010 by downloading the documents at the Neco Website asfollows: http:// www.neco.navy.mil. The North American IndustryClassification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334210.Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation andsubsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available fordownload at the above site; this office will no longer issue hard copysolicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying thatneither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners arecurrently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contractsfrom any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. Bysubmission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that aprospective awardee must be registered in the Central ContractorRegistration (CCR) database prior to award, during performance, and throughfinal payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except forawards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the UnitedStates. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make a contractorineligible for award.
