- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Asset Group, Downey Contracting, Southwind Construction, and The Ross Group Construction Co.; Contract Numbers W912BV-10-D-2020, 2021, 2022, & 2023 under the Tulsa District Small Business MATOC Pool. This project consist of Chouteau L&D Bridge Repairs - Replace steel rocker and fixed bearings with elastomeric bearing pads; Repair and modify concrete bridge deck joints Concrete overlay of portions of bridge deck and sidewalk; prep and paint steel girders of the bridge. Elk City Bridge Repair Corbels - Rehab corbels through the use of high strength tensioning steel rods that are drilled through corbel and anchored on either end by galvanized steel plates. Ends are capped to prevent corrosion. Elk City Paint Bulkhead and Repair Gate Liners 1 - Work on corbel must be completed before conducting this work. Crane shall be utilized on the bridge to lift out the bulkhead. Bulkhead shall be prepped and painted. Also there will weld repair of damaged areas on bulkhead. Bulkhead shall be placed upstream of emergency gate slot. Sluice shall be dewatered. The emergeny gate liner shall be weld repaired and prepped for paint. Council Grove Bridge Repair Corbels - Rehab corbels in a similar fashion to Elk City Bridge Corbels. Aracdia Bridge Repair Corbels - Rehab corbels in a similar fashion to Council Grove and Elk City Bridges.
