- SOW RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services in which the government intends to acquire in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary located in Monterey, CA has a requirement for a contractor to provide Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary with vessel operations support services. See attached detailed statement of work for a complete description of services. All interested concerns must submit a quotation and documentation demonstrating the qualifications to provide services as described above within fifteen (15) days of the publication date of this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Only firms that can provide the services described herein will be considered. A fixed firm order will be issued with period of performance of six months plus two option periods. It is anticipated that work on this project will start from date of award. This RFQ closes at 4:00 p.m. March 19, 2010.
