- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE, FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT to Active Gear of Canada. Active Gear will provide universal engine kits and automatic battery chargers for Ft. Wainwright, AK. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and is not a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A solicitation will not be issued.
