- RECOVERY. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The project will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 2009. This opportunity is available as a modification to an original competitive task order only to the awarded contractor that was awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Construction Manager as Constructor Contract in the geographic area described as the Greater St. Louis Metro Area, including the cities of Cape Girardeau and Hannibal, Missouri for GSA Region 6. ***ONLY the contractor listed is permitted to submit proposals for this modification: Hof Construction, 3137 Jamieson Ave, St. Louis, MO 63139.*** The estimated award date is February 25, 2010. The FSC Code is Z111, NAICS Code is 236220, and the size standard is $33,500,000. Estimated amount of this modification to this task order is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The work to be delivered under this task order includes, but is not limited to: replacement of the existing air conditioning unit at the "At Your Convenience Food Shop." The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision to accomplish the work. The work will be performed at the Robert A Young Federal Building, 1222 Spruce St, St. Louis, MO 63120.
