- a. The purpose of this amendment is to address availability of plans and the dates (i.e. pre-bid, bid due, etc.) annotated in the presolicitation notice. b. Plans and specifications will be released with the solicitation. c. As stated in the presolicitation notice dated February 3, 2010, actual dates and times for the pre-bid conference, submission of questions and bid opening will be identified in the solicitation. As the solicitation has not been issued at this time, the dates in the February 3, 2010 presolicitation notice will be adjusted. There will be no pre-bid conference on February 4, 2010.
