- The Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas has a requirement for FO 606 W Seal Organic Stripper. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Fine Organics Corporation to be in compliance with Governing Spec MIL-PRF-83936, QPL-83936. This oral solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
