- The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Dallas, TX 75247, intends to award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.5 to the New York City Police Department, One Police Plaza, New York, NY 10001. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition. The New York City Police Department is the only known source capable of meeting the Governments requirements for an outdoor shooting range for the qualification of ICE officers in the use of various firearms. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
