- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a firm fixed price modification to existing commerical contract N00019-06-C-0298 with Goodrich Fuel and Utility Systems, 100 Panton Road, Vergennes, VT, 05491, on an other than full and open competition basis for the procurement of commercially-available onboard Integrated Maintenance Diagnostic System (IMDS) kits for the United States Navy MH-53E helicopters. These items will be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, “Acquisition of Commercial Items.” Support of the IMDS integration and operation, including sustaining engineering support, logistics support, production support, and any nonrecurring related support will be procured utilizing delivery orders on a sole-source basis under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-05-G-0022.
