- PDF of Jacket 646-709 PRODUCT: 12-page, paste on fold, pamphlet printing line copy head to head in black ink on newsprint. 4,438,800 pamphlets must be folded using two parallel folds to a finished size of 8-1/2 x 3-2/3" with the IRS logo facing up. Follow furnished folding dummy. The remaining balance of 89,410 pamphlets does not fold. Ship FOB Contractor's City and FOB Destination. The dimensions of the folded product must be maintained throughout the run to assure "problem free" retrieval from the insert stations on a high-speed, multi-functional document handling system. The product will be used on both Philipsburg and Bell & Howell (Models 4000 and 12K) inserter equipment. SCHEDULE: March 5, 2010 - Material available for pickup at the U.S. Government Printing Office, Dallas, TX March 19, 2010 - Ship 89,400 copies to Bloomington, IL (ship flat). March 19, 2010/April 1, 2010 and April 19, 2010 - Ship partials of 853,200 copies to Detroit, MI. March 19, 2010/April 1, 2010 and April 19, 2010 - Ship partials of 626,400 copies to Ogden, UT. March 19, 2010 - Deliver samples to IRS and GPO Dallas, TX.
