- This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside to obtain a three year (basic year, current year option, and one annual option) firm fixed price contract for Damper Assembly spares, (1) NSN: 1615-00-463-7088GA, P/N 204-010-937-9, SGT520-5 applicable to the UH-1N Helicopter. This requirement is for a basic quantity of 32 EA, a current year option for 1-75 EA, and a first annual option for 1-75 EA for NSN 1615-00-463-7088GA. Receipt of proposals are limited to the following sources: Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. (Cage 97499), Hill Aerospace (Cage 55064), Parker Hannifan Corp. (Cage 92003), and United Valve Company (Cage 0TR84). Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A complete data package is not available to the government. Destination: SW3119 (Robins AFB, GA). Delivery: 180 days ARO contract. Only newly manufactured material will be considered.
