- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City (NSWC PCD), 110 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, Florida intends to purchase from Airgas on a sole source basis for the following item: 92 dewers containing liquid nitrogen with a period of performance from 4/1/10 to 9/30/11. The basis for sole source purchase is that Airgas is the only local company that has the capability to pick up the NSWC PCD owned dewers on site and then fill them up with the liquid nitrogen at their facility in Panama City Florida, and return them back to NSWC PCD. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Equipment will be delivered to NSWC Panama City, C/O NSA PC-N61008, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City Beach, FL 32407-7001. NAICS Code 325120 applies. SBA Size Standard is 1000 employees. FSC Code 5340.
