- Description
- The U.S. Property and Fiscal Office of Vermont, Purchasing and Contracting Division intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with GAP Solutions, Inc., 12054 N Shore Drive, Reston, VA 20190-5026 to provide services to administer supplemental child care support to families of deployed members of the Vermont Army National Guard. GAP Solutions will administer the child care assistance program by providing applicants with program information, receiving completed applications, determining eligibility, paying the assistance monies to child care providers, invoicing for reimbursement of funds, and completing various reports for the Vermont Army National Guard. A cost plus fixed fee (CPFF) award is anticipated. The Government intends award this contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested concerns may identify their capabilities by submitting a capability statement that demonstrates in written narrative format their ability to meet the requirement and objectives as described in this synopsis.
