- Fort Stewart has a requirement to purchase 1 each, new or used Hyster,Yard Master 2, Container Reach Stacker, Model/Type HR45/31. The NAICS code is 333924and the small business standard is 750 personnel. All equipment provided must be in compliance with the salient characteristics provided. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contra Quotations will be evaluated on the lowest price technically acceptable, past performance, and delivery. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A written solicitation will be posted on or about 3 March 2010 at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Eastern Standard Time.
