- New issue and response date indicated below: The Government intends to procure commercial item services under (FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures) for dedicated on-site maintenance and repair service and software subscription/updates/upgrades for an Aastra Manufactured Pointspan Enterprise Telephone System and a Octel (Avaya) Aria 350 Voicemail System for VA Loma Linda Healthcare System. The Contractor must be able to provide all services listed under the solicitation to be illegible for award. The contract shall be for a base year with the Government's option to exercise four (4) one (1) year option periods. This is an unrestricted solicitation. The solicitation shall be available for issue on or about March 10, 2010, with offers due on or about March 24, 2010. The NAICS number is 811213, Size Standard is $7 Million.
