- RECOVERY-EP FENCE REMOVAL-THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA) PRESOLICITATION NOTICE THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY The Government intends to award a task order against on existing Tri-Forest Contract for the removal of fences located in the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest. Quote prices are due in this office by the COB 3/30/2010. Estimated start work date is 5/1/2010.
