The purpose of this amendment is to: a) Change time and date for the site visit from March 10, 2010 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST; to March 16, 2010 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST. Included Mr. Ricard Carrasco as Project Manager who will conduct the site visit. b) Change due date for questions from March 17, 2010 to March 18, 2010. Deadline time remains as 3:00 PM EST. c) Change date for posting Q&As from March 18, 2010 to March 22, 2010. d) Change proposal due date from March 30, 2010 to March 31, 2010. Deadline time remains as 3:00 PM EST.
