- In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), intends to issue a task order under established Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service MATOC Contract. The award will be to a MATOC contractor. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE INCUMBENT U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service MATOC CONTRACTORS. The original award was made on a competitive basis. The task order issued against aforementioned contract is as follows: The Contract/Order # will be determined at time of award and the dollar value of this action is estimated to be $750,000 to $2,000,000 for Pond Banks, Kettles and Piping Renovation at the Columbia Environmental Research Center (CERC) in Columbia, MO. Project will be completed no later than nine (9) months from date of award. Order is fixed priced. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the Act. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, is required. TAS::14 0803::TAS ATN DM0016
