AMC: 1G History: SPRTA1-09-M-0026 awarded on November 13, 2008, 7 each to Aerospace Display Systems Inc (Cage Code 65907). Estimated Unit Price: $6,474.10. L/I 0001 - 46 each. Mandatory Language: Note: Item Description: Length 2.3050 (IN), Height 2.3750 (IN), Width (IN) 2.3750, Weight (LB) 1.000. Material: Electronic components-connector, case, battery PCB assembly, battery and LCD assembly. Item Function: This item provides air crew with standard time or elapsed time. MIL-PRF-32144 is a generic item the awarded vendor must have a National Stock Number (NSN) for their part which will become the NSN for stock part. This buy is suitable for competitive acquisition for the first time. The Government has unlimited rights to the technical data, and the data package is complete. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the Program Director or Contracting Officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government Personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposal or in the source selection process.
