- This is a combined synopsis/RFQ for Standing Quote QSDLAC-G6-10-1001-SQ for FSC 8415 - Gloves, Brushed Pigskin (XL). Proposed Period: Date of award through 3/31/11. Item purchase description is contained within the RFQ for NSN 8415-01-565-0625. Procurement is not set aside for small business. NAICS code 315992 applies to this NSN. Delivery requirements and FOB Point is referenced within the RFQ. Gloves must meet NFPA 1977 Standard on Protective Clothing and Equipment for Wildland Fire Firefighting, 2005 Edition with the characteristics further defined in the item purchase description. Items must be NFPA certified at the time of offer submission of offer. The Government will award to the offeror determined as the lowest price technically acceptable offer.
