- Acquisition of fully integrated and qualified replacement for the current obsolete Mast Mounted Assembly(MMA)Power Supply Controller (PSC). The Government plans to procure this acquisition from Longbow Limited Liability (LBL) Orlando, Florida, in accorddance with 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1,'Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy Agency Requirement'. Longbow Limited Liability is the only qualified source for the Mast Mounted Assembly Systems for the Apache Helicopter. A technical data package for full and open competition is not available within the Government for this procurement. In accordance with law and regulation, any contractor who expresses written interest in this Sole Source requirement, will receive full consideration.
