- 'RECOVERY' THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS PARTICIPATING IN THE TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE PROGRAM.The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to issue an Request for Quote (RFQ) for the repair of a public fishing pier.FFS Project number: R4GT, Treasury Account Symbol (TAS) number: TAS::14 1613::TAS The Scope of Work to be performed is to provide all material and labor necessary to disassemble and dispose of pier decking and spindle/railing system from the public fishing pier located at the southeast corner of Mays Lake, Carolina Sandhills National Wildlife Refuge, South Carolina, 29101 (Chesterfield County). The award is to be a Total Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS code is 237990. Estimated price range is less than $10,000. The RFQ will be issued electronically on or after March 9, 2010 on the Federal Business Opportunities web site at http://www.fbo.gov. The Response Date will be determined upon release of the RFQ. Questions or clarifications concerning any ambiguities in the solicitation shall be addressed in e-mail to andrea_brzoska@fws.gov. PLEASE DEFER ALL QUESTIONS UNTIL AFTER THE RELEASE OF THE RFQ. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for any amendments/modifications to any and all documents. Note: In order to be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and complete the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://www.bpn.gov.
