- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Department of Veterans Affairs, West Palm Beach intends to solicit and negotiate a sole-source task/delivery order for Architect/Engineer Services with Stephen L. Boruff, AIA Architects & Planners, Inc. to design the replacement of all public restroom tiles with a solid type surface and floor at the West Palm Beach Medical Center. The proposed task/delivery order will be issued against the current open-ended Architect/Engineer Contract with Stephen L. Boruff, AIA Architects & Planners, V548P-1208. The existing contract was previously competed. Stephen L. Boruff, AIA Architects & Planners will design this project to replace all the public restroom tiles with a solid type surface and floor. The total estimated square footage of the floor space is 6,609 and wall square footage of 26,100. Approximately, 71 restrooms will be renovated. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. All information received by 12 noon EST, 8 March 2010 will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. NAICS code is 541310, with a size standard of $4.5M.
