- SF 1449 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a paper solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is MCC-10-0050-RFQ-80, and is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ), with incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-38. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. A time-and-materials (T&M) contract is anticipated. The period of performance is one year with options for four additional years. This requirement is being synopsized under the North American Industry Classification System code 541330 - Engineering Consulting Services, and the size standard is $4.5M. QUESTIONS regarding this RFQ are due on or before 12:00 PM EST, March 10, 2010. Questions regarding this RFP must be addressed in writing to Olena Evans, Sr. Contract Specialist (Contractor Representing MCC) by email to evansoo@mcc.gov. PROPOSALS are due no later than 12:00 PM EST, March 24, 2010.
