- CBP 7-100 Storm Water Drainage Repairs Subject: ARRA Construction Bid Package (CBP2010CPP) - 7-100 Storm Water Drainage Repairs American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA): These funds are provided under the ARRA. The information will be made available to the public as required by section 1512 of the Recovery Act. Gary Job Corps Community, under contract with Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is looking for qualified contractors to participate in a sealed bid for 7-100 Storm Water Drainage Repairs. Services to be provided are delineated in the attached CBP. A mandatory pre-bid conference will take place at 10:00 AM (1000hrs), Wednesday, March 24th, 2010 at the address below in the Facilities Maintenance Office, Bldg #11-215. Sealed bids will be due no later than 3:00 PM (1500hrs), Tuesday, April 6th, 2010. MTC/Gary Job Corps Community Attn: Marion See, Bldg #6-104 2800 Airport Highway 21 San Marcos, TX 78666 This CBP does not commit MTC/Gary Job Corps Community to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a quotation, nor does it commit MTC/Gary Job Corps Community to award a contract for products, supplies or services. MTC/Gary Job Corps Center reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any formality connected with the bids without recourse from suppliers. MTC/Gary Job corps Center will be the sole judge as to which bid offers the best overall value and will serve the best interest of MTC/Gary Job Corps Center.
